Before you can submit your shop listing, you need to verify your account with us! This process proves that you as the account holder here on xivfanmerchnetwork.com is the same account holder of your shop, and social media accounts. This helps combat anyone seeking to impersonate an artist maliciously.

Please fill out the fields below. Once we receive your submission, a moderator will review the information provided and reach out to you via your indicated social media account of choice. Once this takes place, they will verify your vendor status. You will then be provided the password to the listing submission page where you can submit your shop listing!

XIV Fan Merch Network Weekly Feature Opt-In

This form is to obtain your consent to let the XIV Fan Merch Network re-publish your material on social media for the sole reason of the weekly promotion posts and potential creator spotlights.

Submission doesn’t guarantee you getting promoted, but it will add you to a pool of possible creators being showcased. Selection of shops is done via a random picker tool, and results will be displayed in the appropriate Discord channel within the XIV Fan Merch Network Discord server, along with posts on the social media accounts listed below.

We will reach out to you if you are chosen, and you will have a 48-hour timeframe to update your pictures and consent to the XIV Fan Merch Network re-posting your work. If you do not reply by that time frame, we will use the info stored here as a fallback. Please ensure you submit accurate contact information that you check on a regular basis, so we can contact you if you are chosen.

The XIV Fan Merch Network team reserves the right to not accept entries and is in no way obligated to add your shop to the pool solely based on form submission.
